In only 4 weeks, I became much stronger than I had expected which has helped me immensely in my physically demanding job.  I never thought I could be a strong woman without being over-muscled, and Cameron showed me I could. What I personally liked about Cameron was that he was huge on having the correct form before moving up in weight. He’s not like these other trainers who will keep telling you, you are doing a great job, but in reality, you’re breaking your back. 

Cameron is the first person I’d recommend for beginners learning to lift.

Coach Cameron really knows his stuff, he’s a great teacher, great barbell coach, and a great friend. He tailors his schedule to fit your personal life and I’d highly recommend him to anybody that wants to gain strength quickly and effectively.

After the first session, Cameron really critiqued my form. While I was trying to ego-lift/out lift my brother, he was very persistent on not letting me go up in weight until my form was correct. My strength significantly increased in a little bit over a month. Don’t sleep on Coach Cameron!!!
