Strength and conditioning coach
Cameron has been active in both individual athletics as well as team sports his entire life. He has been involved in a wide variety of athletic endeavors such as baseball, track and field, Crossfit, and golf, to name a few. He has specifically been involved in strength training and weightlifting for the better part of a decade. His skills have been honed from individual practice and coaching. He has completed the Barbell Medicine seminar detailing methods of advanced programming, nutrition, and pain management, as well as completed the Starting Strength seminar focused on mechanics and beginner programming. Cameron is certified as a USA Weightlifting (USAW) Level 1 instructor.
