Strength truly is for everyone. At Bogart Barbell our mission is to improve the lives of as many people as we can, regardless of age or training experience. Some individuals may feel that their situation may exclude them from the possibility of strength training. We would respectfully disagree. Our coaches are trained to be open-minded and agile when it comes to programming for each individual. We will always do our best to adapt to the individual to get the best results possible. We also understand that everyone’s desired results can vary. Whether you are an athlete wanting to improve sports performance or a grandparent that would like to be a more active participant in your family life, we can help.
Strength and conditioning can also directly improve health and lifestyle. If you are one of the millions of Americans affected by ailments such as obesity, diabetes type II, sarcopenia, high cholesterol, or hypertension, your condition can be improved through strength and conditioning when paired with an appropriate diet. Also, pain, injury, and risk of injury can be significantly improved.
